A good assistance system does not merely react, it anticipates, too - and prepares itself for any eventuality. Whereas, for example, "Side Assist" helps you with lane-change manoeuvres, "Dynamic Light Assist", the dynamic main beam control system, ensures optimum visibility: when the main beam is switched on, the lights of oncoming traffic and vehicles in front are detected by a camera and the illuminated area and headlight range are automatically adjusted and maximised.
